11. RESOLUTION NO. 9888 – SB-1205 ANNUAL INSPECTION OF CERTAIN\nPROPERTIES (FIRE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Acknowledge Receipt of Department of Fire-Rescue Report Regarding the Annual\nInspection of Certain Properties.

12. APPROVAL OF COST SHARING AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES\nGATEWAY REGION INTEGRATED REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT JOINT\nPOWERS AUTHORITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF MONITORING EQUIPMENT\nAND MONITORING PURSUANT TO THE HARBOR TOXIC POLLUTANTS TOTAL\nMAXIMUM DAILY LOAD (TMDL) (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Cost Sharing Agreement with the Los Angeles Gateway Region\nIntegrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers Authority (GWMA) for\nNovember 7, 2023: City Council Meeting Page 6 of 7\nadministration and installation of monitoring equipment and ongoing monitoring\npursuant to the Harbor Toxic Pollutants Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL); and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

13. BUILDING PLAN CHECK AND INSPECTION SERVICES – AUTHORIZATION TO\nADVERTISE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) (PLANNING)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the Director of Planning to advertise a Request for Proposal for Building\nPlan Check and Inspection Services; and\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 34 OF THE CODE OF SANTA FE SPRINGS\nRELATING TO PURCHASING – SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 1133\n(CITY ATTORNEY)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Ordinance No. 1133: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA FE\nSPRINGS AMENDING CHAPTER 34 (FINANCE AND REVENUE) OF TITLE III\nOF THE CODE OF SANTA FE SPRINGS RELATING TO PURCHASING.\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

15. PACKARD STAY AND PLAY GRANT PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE FOR SANTA FE\nSPRINGS (SFS) CITY LIBRARY (COMMUNITY SERVICES)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve and authorize the Director of Community Services to request and\naccept payment of Packard Stay & Play grant funds for the SFS City Library,\nissued by the Califa Group.
