SA-2023-001, CONFIRMING THE CONTINUED EXISTENCE\nOF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT DATED MAY 11, 1995\nWITH THE SCHORK FAMILY PARTNERSHIP AND AUTHORIZING THE\nEXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A GRANT DEED CONVEYING THE\nSUCCESSOR AGENCY PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APN: 8082-002-914 AND\n8082-002-915 TO THE SCHORK FAMILY PARTNERSHP (PLANNING)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Successor Agency:\n1) Confirm the continued existence of that certain Disposition and Development\nAgreement (“DDA”) dated May 11, 1995, between the Santa Fe Springs\nCommunity Redevelopment Commission/Redevelopment Agency and the Schork\nFamily Partnership.\n2) Adopt Resolution No. SA-2023-001, authorizing the execution of a Grant Deed of\nthe Successor Agency properties located at APN: 8082-002-914 and 8082-002-\n915 to the Schork Family Partnership.\n3) Recommend to the Oversight Board the approval of the transfer of the properties\nlocated at APN: 8082-002-914 and 8082-002-915 to the Schork Family\nPartnership pursuant to the DDA.\n4) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nCITY COUNCIL

ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 9890, A REPLACEMENT RESOLUTION FOR\nRESOLUTION 9754, SPECIFICALLY REMOVING THE CITY MANAGER’S NAME,\nBUT RETAINING THE TITLE OF CITY MANAGER, WITH ALL OTHER ESSENTIAL\nPROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 9754 REMAINING IN FULL FORCE AND\nEFFECT (PLANNING)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 9890, replacing Resolution No. 9754, specifically removing\nthe prior City Manager’s name, but retaining the title of City Manager with all other\nprovisions remaining the same as in Resolution No. 9754.\n2) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL (CHP) – REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF\nTRAFFIC CONTROL PLANS FOR OPERATION JINGLE ALL THE WAY (POLICE\nSERVICES)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the traffic control plans prepared for the closure of several City streets in\nthe immediate vicinity of the California Highway Patrol located on Orr and Day\nRoad for the detouring of traffic for Operation Jingle all the Way to be held on\nSaturday, December 16, 2023.\nCOUNCIL COMMENTS/AB1234 COUNCIL CONFERENCE REPORTING\nCouncil member announcements; requests for future agenda items; conference/meetings\nreports. Members of the City Council will provide a brief report on meetings attended at the\nexpense of the local agency as required by Government Code Section 53232.3(d).
