10. RESOLUTION NO. 9899 – APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE GENERAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA FE SPRINGS AND\nTHE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES (CITY CLERK)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Resolution No. 9899 – the renewal of the General Services Agreement\nbetween the City of Santa Fe Springs and the County of Los Angeles for a five-\nyear period commencing on July 1, 2024, and in so doing, authorize the Mayor\nto execute the agreement documents; and\n2) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nMarch 5, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 6 of 6

11. ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES –\nAUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)\n(PLANNING)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the Director of Planning to advertise a Request For Qualifications for\nOn-Call Professional Environmental Consulting Services; and\n2) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

12. APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH CLEARGOV FOR BUDGET MANAGEMENT\nSOFTWARE (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a three (3) year software as a service\n(SaaS) Agreement with ClearGov for Budget Management Software for Fiscal\nYear (FY) 2024-2027.\nAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND COMMISSIONS\nCOUNCIL COMMENTS/AB1234 COUNCIL CONFERENCE REPORTING\nCouncil member announcements; requests for future agenda items; conference/meetings\nreports. Members of the City Council will provide a brief report on meetings attended at the\nexpense of the local agency as required by Government Code Section 53232.3(d).

7. POLICE SERVICES STAGING FACILITY STORM DAMAGE – EMERGENCY\nREPAIRS UPDATE (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Pursuant to Santa Fe Springs Municipal Code Section 34.23 and California Public\nContract Code Section 22050, by a four-fifths vote authorize continuing the repairs\nwithout competitive bidding; and\n2) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

8. REVISED 2024 5K FUN RUN/WALK TRAFFIC CONTROL PLANS (PARKS &\nRECREATION)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the revised traffic control plans prepared for the closure of various City\nstreets in the area bordered by Orr and Day Road, Pioneer Boulevard, Florence\nAvenue, and Telegraph Road for the detouring of traffic for the 2024 5K Fun\nRun/Walk route on Saturday, March 9, 2024.

9. AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS – DAILY POOL MAINTENANCE\nAND POOL EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICES (PARKS & RECREATION)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Request for Bids and specifications contained therein; and\n2) Authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to advertise for bids for daily pool\nmaintenance and pool equipment repair services; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
