SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1144 AMENDING\nCHAPTER 72 OF TITLE VII (TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE SANTA FE SPRINGS\nMUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Ordinance No. 1144: An Ordinance of the City of Santa Fe Springs\nAmending Chapter 72 of Title VII (Traffic Code) of the Santa Fe Springs Municipal\nCode relating to electric Vehicle charging stations; and\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND COMMISSIONS\nCOUNCIL COMMENTS/AB1234 COUNCIL CONFERENCE REPORTING\nCouncil member announcements; requests for future agenda items; conference/meetings\nreports. Members of the City Council will provide a brief report on meetings attended at the\nexpense of the local agency as required by Government Code Section 53232.3(d).

ART IN PUBLIC PLACES FY 2024-25 ART EDUCATION GRANT PROGRAM\nAWARDS (COMMUNITY SERVICES)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the FY 2024-25 award distribution of $69,992.50, as recommended by\nthe Heritage Arts Advisory Committee (HAAC), to fund the Art Education Grant\nProgram recipients.\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

AGREEMENT WITH ATQOR FOR IT CONSULTANT, SUPPORT SERVICES AND\nSOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Incorporate this project as a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) within the current\nFiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 CIP Program; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement with\nAtQor for general Information Technology (IT) support and consultant services for\nFY 2024-25 through 2025-26; and\n3) Award AtQor authorization to create a Water Utility Billing solution based upon the\nspecifications of the City’s Request for Proposals (FRP) for Utility Billing Software\nand implementation Services; and\nAugust 6, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 6 of 8\n4) Authorize the City Manager to execute three (3), optional one (1) year\namendments for FY 2026-27 through FY 2028-29 at the City Manager’s discretion.
