PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION\nPLAN UPDATE (FIRE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Jacob Green & Associates\nand allocate $74,760 for the General Fund to update the City’s Local Hazard\nMitigation Plan; and\nSeptember 17, 2024: City Council Meeting Page 6 of 6\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

13. AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR THE\nPARKS, RECREATION, AND COMMUNITY SERVICES MASTER PLAN\n(PARKS & RECREATION)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize staff to advertise the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development\nof the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Master Plan, in accordance\nwith the proposed bid schedule; and\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

RESOLUTION NO. 9929 – ESTABLISHING THE CITY’S MAXIMUM\nCONTRIBUTION OF MISCELLANEOUS AND SAFETY EMPLOYEES UNDER THE\nPUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL CARE ACT (CITY MANAGER)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 9929, establishing the City’s maximum contribution to\nmedical insurance premiums under the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital\nCare Act.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA FE\nSPRINGS AND OLIVAREZ MADRUGA LAW ORGANIZATION, LLP (CITY\nMANAGER)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the “Professional Services Agreement Between The City of Santa Fe\nSprings and Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP (“OMLO”)” to act as the\nCity Attorney on behalf of the City of Santa Fe Springs (“City”).
