10. APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH DANA SAFETY SUPPLY, INC. FOR VEHICLE\nEQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION SERVICES (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the attached agreement with Dana Safety Supply, Inc. (Dana) for vehicle\nequipment and installation services; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to approve a (1) year extension option, if needed; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

RESOLUTION NOS. 9942 AND 9943 – RESOLUTIONS OF THE SANTA FE\nSPRINGS CITY COUNCIL, AMENDING CERTAIN RULES FOR ADVISORY\nCOMMITTEES AND ESTABLISHING RULES FOR CITIZENS’ OVERSIGHT\nCOMMITTEE FOR MEASURE SFS (CITY CLERK)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve Resolution No. 9942; and\n2) Approve Resolution No. 9943, establishing a Citizens’ Oversight Committee; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

5. MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 2 AND 17, 2024 SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL\nMEETINGS (CITY CLERK)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the minutes as submitted.

SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 1151 – AMENDING SECTIONS 32.33,\n32.34, AND 32.36 OF CHAPTER 32 OF TITLE III, AND SECTION 38.45 OF\nCHAPTER 38 OF TITLE III OF THE CODE OF SANTA FE SPRINGS (CITY CLERK)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Adopt Ordinance No. 1151:\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA FE SPRINGS AMENDING\nSECTIONS 32.33, 32.34, AND 32.36 OF CHAPTER 32 (COMMISSIONS AND\nCOMMITTEES) OF TITLE III, AND SECTION 38.45 OF CHAPTER 38 (CITY\nPOLICIES) OF TITLE III OF THE CODE OF SANTA FE SPRINGS RELATING\nTO CITY COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

7. ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE UPRR LOS\nNIETOS SUBDIVISION QUIET ZONE STUDY – AWARD OF CONTRACT\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Award Task Order No. 8 to JMDiaz Inc., of City of Industry, California for the UPRR\nLos Nietos Subdivision Quiet Zone Study in the amount of $55,500; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute Task Order No. 8 for on-call professional\nengineering services with JMDiaz, Inc.; and\n3) Appropriate $55,500 from the Utility Users Tax (UUT) Capital Improvements Fund\nto fund the Task Order; and\n4) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

8. TOWN CENTER HALL PAINTING AND FLOORING PROJECT – AWARD OF\nCONTRACT (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Award a construction contract to Restoration Unlimited of Santa Fe Springs,\nCalifornia in the amount of $88,000.00 for the construction of the Town Center\nHall Painting and Flooring Project and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement; and\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.

9. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1148 AMENDING CHAPTER 96 OF TITLE\nIX (STREETS AND SIDEWALKS) OF THE SANTA FE SPRINGS MUNICIPAL\nCODE RELATING TO A STREET PAVEMENT CUT MORATORIUM\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Introduce by title only and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1148: An\nOrdinance of the City of Santa Fe Springs Municipal Code relating to a Street\nPavement Cut Moratorium; and\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
