6.\nFOURTH AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY MANAGER\n(CITY ATTORNEY)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Fourth Amendment to Employment Agreement Between the City of\nSanta Fe Springs and René Bobadilla.

7.\nJOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF LA MIRADA FOR\nSLURRY SEAL OF VALLEY VIEW AVENUE FROM ROSECRANS AVENUE TO\nALONDRA BOULEVARD AND FROM PARK PLACE TO ARTESIA BOULEVARD\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Joint Participation Agreement between the City of La Mirada and the\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Joint Participation Agreement with the City of\nLa Mirada; and\n3) Approve adding the Valley View Avenue from Rosecrans Avenue to Alondra\nBoulevard and from Park Place to Artesia Boulevard Street Improvements Project\nto the Capital Improvement Plan; and\n4) Appropriate $175,500 from the Measure SFS Fund to the subject project; and\n5) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nJune 3, 2025: City Council Meeting

8.\nPage 5 of 5\nAUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT HI-25-011 WITH THE COUNTY\nOF LOS ANGELES FOR MEASURE A LOCAL SOLUTIONS FUNDING\n(POLICE SERVICES)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to sign the Local Solutions Fund Agreement HI-25011 (“Agreement”) with the County of Los Angeles to receive $554,419 for FY\n2025/26 and an adjusted amount annually thereafter; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any non-substantive amendments to the\nAgreement with City Attorney approval; and\n3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

9.\nTREASURER’S REPORT OF INVESTMENTS FOR THE QUARTER ENDED\nMARCH 31, 2025 (FINANCE)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Receive and file the report.\nAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND COMMISSIONS\nCOUNCIL COMMENTS/AB1234 COUNCIL CONFERENCE REPORTING\nCouncil member announcements; requests for future agenda items; conference/meetings\nreports. Members of the City Council will provide a brief report on meetings attended at the\nexpense of the local agency as required by Government Code Section 53232.3(d).
