Adopt Ordinance No. 1169: An Ordinance of the City of Santa Fe Springs Municipal Code\namending Section 155.181 (Principal Permitted Uses) of Title 15 (Land Use), Chapter 155\n(Zoning) of the Santa Fe Springs Municipal Code; and\n2. Take such additional, related action(s) that may be desirable.

AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT ONE TO AGREEMENT HI-25-011 WITH THE\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES FOR MEASURE A LOCAL SOLUTIONS FUNDING\n(POLICE AND COMMUNITY SERVICES)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to sign Amendment One to the Local Solutions Fund Agreement HI-\n25-011 (“Agreement”) with the County of Los Angeles to receive $567,043 for FY 2026-27 and\nan adjusted amount thereafter; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

APPROVAL OF LICENSE AGREEMENT NO. 2026-002 WITH THE AMERICAN LEGION FOR USE OF\nPORTIONS OF THE FACILITY LOCATED AT 12131 TELEGRAPH ROAD (PARKS AND RECREATION)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve License Agreement No. 2026-002 between the City of Santa Fe Springs and The\nAmerican Legion for the use of designated portions of the facility located at 12131 Telegraph\nRoad; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment Number Two\n3. Directs the City Attorney to make clarifying changes necessary to effectuate the intent of the\nAgreement; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA FE\nSPRINGS AND LITTLE LAKE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE OPTIONS FOR LEARNING CHILD\nCARE PROGRAM AT LAKEVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (PARKS AND RECREATION)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment Number Two to the Agreement between the City of Santa Fe Springs and\nthe Little Lake City School District extending the term through June 30, 2027, for the continued\noperation of the Options for Learning before and after school Child Care Program at Lakeview\nElementary School.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment Number Two and any related documents in\na form approved by the City Attorney.\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

HERITAGE SPRINGS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2001-01 (HAWKINS STREET AND PALM\nDRIVE) - ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 10012 AND RESOLUTION NO. 10013 (PUBLIC WORKS)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 10012 approving the Engineer’s Report (Fiscal Year 2026/27) in\nconjunction with the annual levy of assessments for the Heritage Springs Assessment District\nNo. 2001-01; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 10013 declaring the City of Santa Fe Springs’ intention to provide for an\nannual levy and collection of assessments for Heritage Springs Assessment District No. 2001-\n01 (Hawkins Street and Palm Drive), and setting the public hearing for the Council meeting of\nJune 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.; and\n3. RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING THE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING PLAN (IFP) FOR\nTHE SANTA FE SPRINGS ENHANCED INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT (EIFD) AND THE\nALLOCATION OF PROPERTY TAX INCREMENTS WITHIN SANTA FE SPRINGS EIFD\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 10014 conditionally approving the Infrastructure Financing Plan (“IFP”) for\nthe Santa Fe Springs Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (“EIFD”) and the allocation of\nproperty tax increments within the Santa Fe Springs EIFD.
