Consideration of Ordinance 1704 to Add Chapter 7.65 to the Seal Beach\nMunicipal Code to Regulate the Operation of E-Bikes and Other\nRegulated Mobility Devices on Public Areas - That City Council introduce\nOrdinance 1704 to add Chapter 7.65 to the Seal Beach Municipal Code,\naddressing the operation of regulated Mobility Devices, including e-bikes,\nwaive full reading and read by title only. This will provide the City with an\nordinance that addresses the safety issues with e-bike operations within the\ncity limits.
