City Council Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with PCS Mobile for Parking Enforcement Equipment,\nTechnologies, and Services to the City - That City Council adopt Resolution\n7447: 1. Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Service Agreement\ndated February 12, 2018 (“Agreement”), as previously amended by\nAmendment No. 1 dated December 10, 2018 (“Amendment No. 1”) between\nthe City of Seal Beach and Portable Computer Systems, Inc. dba PCS Mobile\n(“Consultant”) for certain parking enforcement equipment, technologies, and\nservices to the City, (i) to extend the original term of the Agreement to and\nincluding February 12, 2024; and (ii) to increase the compensation to be paid\nto Consultant by $8,400.00, for the revised total not-to-exceed amount of\n$218,323.50 for the extended original term; and, 2. Authorizing and directing\nthe City Manager or her designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nAgreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, the option\nto renew the Agreement for three (3) additional one-year terms, for the not-to-\nexceed compensation of $8,400.00 for each one-year extension, upon the\nCity Manager providing written notice to Consultant at least thirty (30) days\nprior to the expiration of the extended original term or a prior extension.

City Council Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Parkeon, Inc. for Parking Enforcement Equipment,\nTechnologies, and Services to the City - That City Council adopt Resolution\n7448: 1. Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement\ndated February 12, 2018 (“Agreement”), as previously amended by\nAmendment No. 1 dated May 9, 2022, between the City of Seal Beach and\nParkeon, Inc. for certain parking enforcement equipment, technologies, and\nservices to the City, (i) to extend the term of the Agreement to and including\nFebruary 12, 2024, (ii) increase the compensation to be paid to Consultant by\n$10,920, for the revised total no-to-exceed amount of $110,035, for additional\nservices for the extended term; and (iii) to provide that the additional $10,920\nsum shall be used for Consultant to provide additional services to the City as\nset forth in Section 3.0 of Amendment No. 2 in accordance with the rates\nshown on the fee schedules set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit A-1, but in no\nevent will the City pay more than $10,920 for additional services for the\nextended term; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager, or her\ndesignee, to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing\nthe City Manager the option to renew the Agreement for up to three (3)\nadditional one-year terms for the not-to-exceed amount of $10,920 for each\nextension, on the same terms and conditions, upon the City Manager\nproviding written notice to Consultant at least 30 days prior to the expiration of\nthe previous extension.

Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith Data Ticket, Inc. for Parking Enforcement Equipment, Technologies,\nand Services to the City - That City Council adopt Resolution 7449: 1.\nApproving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement dated\nDecember 9, 2019 (“Agreement”), between the City of Seal Beach and Data\nTicket, Inc. (“Data Ticket”) for certain parking enforcement equipment,\ntechnologies, and services to the City, extending the term of the Agreement to\nand including December 9, 2023 on the same terms and conditions, and\nfinding that Data Ticket waived its right to thirty (30) days’ prior notice of City’s\noption to extend the Agreement; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City\nManager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing\nthe City Manager, the option to extend the Agreement up to one additional\none year term, on the same terms and conditions.

Approving the Second Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement dated February 12, 2018, as previously amended by the First\nAmendment dated May 17, 2019 (collectively the “Agreement”), between the\nCity of Seal Beach and Passport Labs, Inc., for certain parking enforcement\nequipment, technologies, and services to the City, extending the term of the\nAgreement through February 12, 2024 on the same terms and conditions as\nthe Agreement; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager, or her\ndesignee, to execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement; and, 3.\nAuthorizing the City Manager to extend the Agreement for an additional one\n(1) year term beginning February 12, 2024 through February 12, 2025 on the\nsame terms and conditions as the Agreement.

Directing the City Clerk to file a\n“Notice of Completion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen\n(15) days from the date of acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35)\ndays after recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims\nbeing filed on the Project.
