Increase to Beach Lot Parking Rates and Authorization to Submit\nCoastal Development Permit Application to California Coastal\nCommission for Beach Lot Parking Rate Increases - That City Council\nadopt Resolution 7458: 1. Authorizing the submittal of the Coastal\nDevelopment Permit application to increase beach parking lot rates by 50\npercent; and, 2. Directing staff to take all necessary actions to obtain approval\nfrom the California Coastal Commission and implement the new rates upon\nreceiving a Coastal Development Permit.
