Approving and Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Dixon Resources Unlimited for Parking\nSupport Services - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7460: 1.\nApproving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nDixon Resources Unlimited dated June 14, 2021, to authorize Additional\nServices and to increase the compensation by a one-time increase of $25,650\nor $2,850 per month, to the current program management monthly flat-rate\nfee, for a total monthly cost of $6,600 for the remaining nine (9) months of the\ncontract term and a total not-to-exceed amount of $160,650 for the three-year\nterm; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the Agreement.

General Plan Amendment 19-1 to Change the Land Use Category of the\nProperty at 328 13th Street from Residential High-Density to General\nCommercial and Zone Change 19-1 of the Property at 328 13th Street\nfrom RHD-20 to GC for the Redevelopment of an Existing Chevron Gas\nStation, to Change the Zone of 324th 13th Street from RHD-20 to RHD-33\nin Accordance With SB 330, and to Consider a Negative Declaration for\nthe Project Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\n-\nThat the City Council: 1. Conduct a public hearing to receive input and\nconsider the Planning Commission’s recommendation to approve General\nPlan Amendment 19-1 and Zone Change 19-1; and, 2. Approve Resolution\n7462 amending the General Plan to change the land use category of 328 13th\nStreet from Residential High Density to General Commercial; and,\n3. Introduce, waive full reading, and read by title only Ordinance 1707 an\nOrdinance changing the zone of 328 13th Street from RHD-20 to GC and\nchanging the zone of 324th 13th Street from RHD-20 to RHD-33; and, 4.\nAdopt the Negative Declaration pursuant to CEQA based upon finding that\nthere is no substantial evidence that the general plan amendment and zone\nchange will result in significant adverse environmental impacts.\nUNFINISHED / CONTINUED BUSINESS – None\nNEW BUSINESS – None
