Accepting an award of grant funds in the amount of $162,891 from\nSouth Coast Air Quality Management District for the Seal Beach Microtransit\nService Pilot Program; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager, or her designee,\nto execute the Agreement with South Coast Air Quality Management District,\namendments and other related documents, and to take all such other actions,\nas may be required to secure the grant funds and implement the approved\ngrant under the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee\nMicrotransit Service Program Grant.

Finding the yearly expenditure report to Orange County\nTransportation Authority (OCTA) for Measure M2 Eligibility for FY 2022-2023\nwas prepared in conformance with the M2 Expenditure Report Template\nprovided in the Renewed Measure M Eligibility Guidelines and accounts for\nNet Revenues including interest earned, expenditures during the fiscal year\nand balances at the end of fiscal year; and, 2. Adopting M2 Expenditure\nReport for FY 2022-2023; and, 3. Directing the City Manager, or her\ndesignee, to submit the M2 Expenditure Report to OCTA no later than\nDecember 31, 2023.

Awarding and Authorizing Execution of Public Works Agreements with\nSequel Contractors, Inc. for the Lampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap\nClosure Project, CIP ST1811 - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7470: 1. Approving the plans, specifications, and contract documents for\nLampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap Closure Project, CIP ST1811; and, 2.\nApproving and awarding a public works agreement to Sequel Contractors, Inc.\nin the amount of $2,332,420, including the Total Base Bid of $2,280,420 and\nAdditive Bid Items #59 and 60; and rejecting all other bids; and, 3. Authorizing\nthe City Manager to execute a public works agreement for construction\nservices to Sequel Contractors, Inc.; and, 4. Authorizing the City Manager to\napprove additional work requests up to $200,000 and inspection services up\nto $100,000, in connection with the Project, in the cumulative not-to-exceed\namount of $300,000; and, 5. Approving Budget Amendment BA #24-06-01 in\nthe amount of $740,000.

Approving and Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Alexander’s Contract Services, Inc. for Water\nMeter Reading Services Pilot Program - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7471: 1. Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Alexander’s Contract Services, Inc. dated March 28, 2022,\nextending the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2023; and increasing\ncompensation by $28,800 for the additional services during the extension, for\nthe revised total not-to-exceed amount of $71,618.40, for the extended term;\nand, 2.
