A. Approval of the February 26, 2024, City Council Minutes - That the City\nCouncil approve the minutes of the Closed Session and Regular City Council\nmeetings held on February 26, 2024.

B. Demands on City Treasury (Fiscal Year 2024) March 11, 2024 -\nRatification.

C. Seeking City Council Approval for the Seal Beach Police Department to\nPurchase .308 (168GR) Ammunition for SWAT Sniper Rifles, Pursuant to\nthe City’s “Military Equipment” Use Policy and State Law - That City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7496 to approve the purchase of the .308 (168GR)\nammunition for the Seal Beach Police Department, pursuant to the City’s\n“military equipment” use policy and state law.

D. Approving the FY 2024-25 West Orange County Water Board Budget and\nSixth Amendment to the West Orange County Water Board Joint Powers\nAgreement - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7497: 1. Approving the\nFY 2024-25 West Orange County Water Board budget of $1,665,300, of which\nthe City’s proportionate agency contribution is $266,986; and, 2. Approving\nthe Sixth Amendment to the West Orange County Water Board Joint Powers\nAgreement; and, 3. Authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute the\nAmendment on behalf of the City.

E. Awarding and Authorizing Execution of a Public Works Agreement with\nR Dependable Const Inc., for the Pier Restroom Renovation Project, CIP\nBP2202 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7498: 1. Approving the\nplans, specifications, and contract documents for the Pier Restroom\nRestoration, CIP BP2202; and, 2. Approving and awarding a Public Works\nAgreement to R Dependable Const Inc. (“R Dependable”) in the amount of\n$264,100, including the Total Base Bid of $219,585, and Additive Bid Items\nAB.1, AB.2, AB.3, AB.4, and AB.5 of $44,515, incorporating all of the\ncorrections set forth in R Dependable Const Inc.’s February 20, 2024 letter;\nwaiving any and all minor bid irregularities; and rejecting all other bids; and, 3.\nAuthorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Works Agreement for\nconstruction services to R Dependable Const Inc.; and, 4.
