C. Notice of Completion for the Almond Avenue Paving Project, CIP ST2201\n- That the City Council adopt Resolution 7566: 1. Accepting the Almond\nAvenue Paving Project, CIP ST2201, by Hardy & Harper, Inc. in the amount of\n$520,873.64; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of Completion”\nwith the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15) days from the date\nof acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35) days after recordation of\nthe Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.

D. Notice of Completion for the FY 2023-24 Annual Local Paving Program,\nCIP STO2 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7567: 1. Accepting the\nFY 2023-24 Annual Local Paving Program, CIP STO2, by Hardy & Harper,\nInc. in the amount of $781,832.25; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a\n“Notice of Completion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen\n(15) days from the date of acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35)\ndays after recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims\nbeing filed on the Project.

E. Notice of Completion for Pier Concrete Abutment Restoration Project,\nCIP BP2201 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7568: 1. Accepting the\nPier Concrete Abutment Project, CIP BP2201, by HZS Engineering Inc. dba\nHZS Construction in the amount of $566,186.99; and, 2. Directing the City\nClerk to file a “Notice of Completion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder\nwithin fifteen (15) days from the date of acceptance and to release retention\nthirty-five (35) days after recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent\nupon no claims being filed on the Project.\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR\nPUBLIC HEARING
