Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute\nthe Agreement.

Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Stantec\nConsulting Services, Inc. - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7576: 1.\nApproving Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Stantec\nConsulting Services, Inc., to approve an increase in compensation of $67,000\nfor scope amendments, for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $459,254,\na contingency amount of $19,613, and a six-month extension to expire on\nSeptember 30, 2025; and, 2. Directing the City Manager to execute\nAmendment 1 on behalf of the City.

Accepting the\nBeverly Manor Well Rehabilitation, CIP WT0904, by General Pump Company,\nInc., in the amount of $674,360; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a\n“Notice of Completion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen\n(15) days from the date of acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35)\ndays after recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims\nbeing filed on the Project.
