Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Bus\nShelter Maintenance and Advertising with Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC dated\nMarch 10, 2014, as previously amended by Amendment No. 1 dated July 27,\n2020, and previously extended by letter dated January 1, 2019 (“First\nExtension”), and extending the term of the agreement for an additional five-\nyear term (“Second Extension”), and supplementing the services to be\nprovided by Clear Channel Outdoor, LLC, and revising the annual fee payable\nto the City; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Agreement on behalf of the City.

Finding the yearly expenditure report to Orange County\nTransportation Authority (OCTA) for Measure M2 Eligibility for FY 2023-2024\nwas prepared in conformance with the M2 Expenditure Report Template\nprovided in the Renewed Measure M Eligibility Guidelines and accounts for\nNet Revenues including interest earned, expenditures during the fiscal year\nand balances at the end of the fiscal year; and, 2.
