Approving the emergency\npurchase of two (2) Personal Watercraft for the Marine Safety Department, in\nresponse to the critical failure of current units and the ongoing need for\nreliable lifesaving equipment; and, 2. Authorizing the Interim City Manager to\nexecute an emergency purchase agreement with Del Amo Motorsports in the\namount of $35,958.

Amendment to the Cost Recovery Schedule to Add Penalty Amount for\nNon-Compliance with California Vehicle Code Daylighting Parking\nRequirements - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7615 amending the\nCity of Seal Beach Cost Recovery Schedule to include a penalty fee of $56 for\nviolations of California Vehicle Code (CVC) Section 22500(n)(1)(A), known as\nthe "Daylighting" regulation, prohibiting parking within 20 feet of the approach\nside of any crosswalk, or within 15 feet of crosswalks with curb extensions.

Approving a Retroactive Payment and Increasing the Contingency Fund\nto the Telecommunications Services Agreement between the City of Seal\nBeach and GoTo Communications, Inc - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7616: 1. Approving the retroactive payment of $3,620.13 to GoTo\nCommunications, Inc. for additional telecommunications services for the initial\none-year term (Original Term); and, 2. Approving an increase in the\ncontingency funds to $12,000 per one-year extension for the\nTelecommunications Services Agreement with GoTo Communications, Inc. for\na total not to exceed amount of $41,220.96 for the Original Term and four (4)\none-year extensions; and, 3.
