Accepting the North\nSeal Beach Community Center Project, by MDJ Management, LLC in the\namount of $404,023.76; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of\nCompletion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within 15 days from the\ndate of acceptance and to release retention 35 days after recordation of the\nNotice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.

Approving and Authorizing Amendment 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for Water and\nWastewater Financial Planning Services - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7620: 1. Approving Amendment 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. dated June 12, 2023, as\npreviously amended by Amendment 1 dated March 25, 2024, to provide\nadditional Water and Wastewater Financial Planning Services; increase\ncompensation for such additional services by $51,527 for a revised total\ncontract not-to-exceed amount of $187,294; and extend the term to December\n31, 2025; and,2. Authorizing and directing the Interim City Manager to execute\nAmendment 2 on behalf of the City; and, 3. Authorizing the Interim City\nManager to approve unforeseen additional work requests, up to the total not-\nto-exceed amount of $10,000.
