Notice of Completion for the Lampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap Closure\nProject, CIP ST1811 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7631: 1.\nAccepting the Lampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap Closure Project, CIP ST1811,\nin the amount of $2,288,746.39; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a\n“Notice of Completion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen\n(15) days from the date of acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35)\ndays after recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims\nbeing filed on the Project.

Approving and Authorizing the Purchase for the Replacement of Marine\nSafety Vehicle Unit #5140 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7632: 1.\nAuthorizing the purchase of Marine Safety Vehicle Unit #5140 replacement for\na total cost of $51,829.29, from National Auto Fleet Group pursuant to the\nCooperative Purchase Contract with Sourcewell, Master Vehicle Contract\n#091521-NAF, including the execution of a purchase order and all other\nnecessary documents to effectuate the purchase, in accordance with the\ncooperative purchasing procedures set forth in Seal Beach Municipal Code\nSection 3.20.025(D); and, 2. Approving Budget Amendment BA #25-10-02;\nand, 3. Authorizing the Interim City Manager to surplus the existing Marine\nSafety Vehicle Unit #5140 upon the completion of the replacement vehicle\npurchase and equipment upfitting.
