Accepting the Seal Beach Boulevard at North Gate Road\nImprovement Project, CIP ST2301, by R.J. Noble Company in the amount of\n$507,830.31; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of Completion”\nwith the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15) days from the date\nof acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35) days after recordation of\nthe Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.

Introduce, waive full reading, and read by title\nonly, Ordinance 1720, amending Sections 9.35.005 and 9.35.090 of Chapter\n9.35 (Water) of Title 9 of the Seal Beach Municipal Code pertaining to the\ncross-connection program; and, 2.
