Approving a Professional Services\nAgreement with Butier Engineering, Inc. for Construction Management and\nInspection Services for the Lampson Well Treatment System Project CIP\nWT1902 for the term extending from October 13, 2025, through June 30,\n2028, in the not-to-exceed amount of $494,722, and rejecting all other\nproposals; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional\nServices Agreement for Construction Management and Inspection Services\nwith Butier Engineering, Inc. for the Project; and authorizing the City Manager\nto approve additional construction management and inspection services up to\n$50,000 (approximately 10%), in connection with the Project; and, 3.\nApproving Amendment 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Pacific\nAdvanced Civil Engineer, Inc. for Engineering Services extending the term\nthrough and including June 30, 2028, and increasing the compensation by\n$144,870 for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $586,475 for the Project;\nand, 4.
