a) CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 23-01 APPROVING CERTAIN DEMANDS\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution 23-01 approving payment of\nCity Warrants in the aggregate amount of $502,894.94; Sierra Madre Library Warrants in\nthe aggregate amount of $12,609.72; and Payroll Transfer in the aggregate amount of\n$902,361.19 for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023.

b) CONSIDERATION OF AWARD OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR\nA FEASIBILITY STUDY OF 350 W. SIERRA MADRE BOULEVARD TO RETROFIT\nFOR THE NEW POLICE DEPARTMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council award a professional services contract to Dunbar\nArchitecture to proceed with the feasibility study of 350 W. Sierra Madre Blvd., to retrofit\nfor a new police department, in the amount of $47,595, and allocate another $30,000 for\nservices outside the Architect’s scope.

c) CONSIDERATION OF HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT\nIt is recommended that the City Council accept, receive, and file the Housing Element\nAnnual Progress Report (APR) and file the 2022 APR with the California Department of\nHousing and Community Development and Office of Planning and Research.\nPUBLIC HEARING

1. RECOMMENDATION FOR THE YMCA LEASE RENEWAL COMMUNITY\nRECREATION CENTER AND AQUATIC CENTER AT SIERRA VISTA PARK\nIt is recommended that the City Council review and approve changes for the extended\nlease renewal in partnership between the City and the YMCA of Sierra Madre.

2. REFERENDUM TO REPEAL CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE No. 1461\nIt is recommended that the City Council discuss and provide City staff with direction related to the\nreferendum to repeal City Council Ordinance No. 1461.
