a) CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 23-52 APPROVING CERTAIN DEMANDS\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution 23-52 approving payment of\nCity Warrants in the aggregate amount of $798,054.30; Sierra Madre Library Warrants in\nthe aggregate amount of $11,125.72; and Payroll Transfer in the aggregate amount of\n$1,052,921.70; for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2023, and June 30, 2024.

b) CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION FROM THE FRIENDS OF THE\nSIERRA MADRE LIBRARY FOR THE SIERRA MADRE PUBLIC LIBRARY\nMEANINGFUL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nIt is recommended that the City Council accept the donations and terms for allocation of\nthose funds from the Friends of the Sierra Madre Library (FOL) in the amount of\n$695,000, in additional funding toward Library Meaningful Improvement Building\nRenovations.

c) CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 23-55, APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE LOS\nANGELES URBAN COUNTY PROGRAM\nIt is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution 23-55, and authorize the Mayor\nto sign the Participating City Cooperation Agreement.

d) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR\n2022-2023 WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the Notice of Completion for the\nproject and direct staff to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County\nClerk.

e) DECLARATION OF CITY-OWNED VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT TO BE DECLARED\nSURPLUS\nIt is recommended that the City Council declare the vehicles and equipment listed in the\nagenda report as surplus.\nPUBLIC HEARING

CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 23-53, ADOPTING THE MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF SIERRA MADRE AND THE SIERRA\nMADRE PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS; AND RESOLUTION 23-54, MODIFYING\nTHE CITY OF SIERRA MADRE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND PART-TIME\nCLASSIFICATION PLAN AND SALARY MATRIX\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution 23-53, adopting the Sierra Madre\nProfessional Firefighters Association (SMPFA) Memorandums of Understanding (MOU); and\napprove Resolution 23-54, amending the Classification Plan and Salary Matrix.

2. CONSIDERATION OF TELSA SUPERCHARGER LICENSE AGREEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council direct the City Manager to sign the\nSupercharger License Agreement with Tesla.
