DISCUSSION REGARDING THE WATER AND WASTEWATER RATE STUDY AND\nIMPLEMENTATION OF PROPOSITION 218 PROCESS\nIt is recommended that the City Council direct staff to initiate the Proposition 218\nNotification and complete the 2024 Comprehensive Water and Wastewater Cost of\nService Study based on the recommended proposed rates detailed on September 26,\n2023 Water Rate Workshop; and Set December 12, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at Sierra Madre\nCity Hall for the Public Hearing as required by Proposition 218 process.
