a) CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION 23-67 APPROVING CERTAIN DEMANDS\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve Resolution 23-67 approving payment\nof City Warrants in the aggregate amount of $187,072.04; Sierra Madre Library\nWarrants in the aggregate amount of $12,500.02; and Payroll Transfer in the aggregate\namount of $521,808.44; for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

b) AB 1600 ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023\nIt is recommended that the City Council receive and file the AB 1600 Annual Compliance Report\nfor Fiscal Year 2022-2023 in accordance with California Government Code 66006.

c) CANCELLATION OF BOTH REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS ON NOVEMBER 28, 2023,\nAND DECEMBER 26, 2023\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the cancellation of both regular City Council\nmeetings on November 28, 2023, and December 26, 2023, respectively, and direct staff to pay all\nnecessary expenses during that time.

d) CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT TO TESLA CHARGING STALLS\nIt is recommended that the City Council amend and approve the number of charging stalls from\n(12) twelve to (16) sixteen and authorize the City Manager to approve any changes to design\nspecifications listed in items (c), (d), and Exhibit A.
