VERIFICATION OF QUORUM FOR FUTURE CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS\nSummary:\nStaff is seeking verification whether a quorum will be present for the regular City\nCouncil meetings of November 28, 2023 and December 26, 2023, due to\npotential scheduling conflicts with the holiday seasons. Additionally, City Council\nwill discuss holding only one meeting in the months of July and August when\nvacations often occur due to the summer holiday season, and determine if a\nquorum will be met for the meetings of July 9, 2024, and August 13, 2024.\nRecommendation:\nDetermine whether a quorum of the City Council will be present for the regular\nmeetings of November 28, 2023, December 26, 2023, July 9, 2024, and August\n13, 2024.

CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 2023\nSummary:\nThe Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments\nand project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the\nfollowing criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:\n· Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted fiscal year Operating\nBudget.\n· Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and\n· City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for streamlined\nprocessing.\nThe contract amendments being presented for City Council consideration are as\nfollows:\nCyrun Inc: Provides the Police Department Records Management Software\n(RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch Software.
