Approving the funding allocation of $31,150 from the CDBG-CV Fund to\nCommunity Resource Center to administer the Food and Nutrition Center\nProgram to benefit Solana Beach residents impacted by the Coronavirus\npandemic.\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to submit any necessary documents to the County\nto approve the Food and Nutrition Center Program as an authorized use of\nCDBG-CV funding and get reimbursement.\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to increase the offsetting budget increases of\n$31,150 for both revenue and expenses in the CDBG Fund.\nd. Should the City Council\nsupport the SDP Waiver, the project would meet the requirements of the SDP.\nTherefore, should the City Council be able to make the findings to approve the DRP\nand SDP Waiver, Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1.
