Find the Proposed Project exempt from the requirements of CEQA pursuant to\n2023 State California CEQA Guidelines §15269 as emergency conditions exist\nonsite. The project could also be found exempt from the requirements of CEQA\npursuant to Section 152301 of the State California CEQA Guidelines.\n3. Adopt Resolution 2024-010 conditionally approving a Conditional Use Permit for\nmaintenance and repair of the southern 170 feet of an existing 540-foot lower bluff\nseawall and an upper bluff drilled pier wall running east to west along the southern\nproperty line at 825 S.
