A.4. Senate Bill (SB) 1 Project List – Fiscal Year (FY) 2024/25. (File 0820-35)\nRecommendation: That the City Council\n1. Adopt Resolution 2024-051:\na. Authorizing the City Engineer to establish a project list for Local Streets and\nRoads Funding Program Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account FY\n2024/25 revenues and designates the 2024 Annual Street Maintenance and\nRepair Project, as identified in the City’s FY 2024/25 Capital Improvement\nProgram list, to receive the SB 1 funding. It is anticipated that the designated\nproject will rehabilitate the pavement through asphalt overlays on portions of\nLomas Santa Fe Drive and several residential streets including Glencrest Drive\nfrom Dell Street to Glencrest Place, Highland Drive from Lomas Santa Fe Drive\nto Sun Valley Road, all of Mola Vista Way, all of Palmitas Street, San Mario\nDrive from Highland Drive to Santa Sabina Court, and the middle portion of Via\nMil Cumbres. It is also anticipated that the designated project will be completed\nby February 2025 and will have an estimated useful life of approximately 15\nyears.\nb. Authorizing the City Engineer to submit the project list to the California\nTransportation Commission for the 2024/25 Local Streets and Roads Funding\nProgram using funds from the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account.\nItem A.4.
