J.3\nFY2024/25 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Pedestrian Ramps Project Bid 2025-03.\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution 2026-001:\na. Authorizing the City Council to accept as complete the ADA Pedestrian Ramps, Bid No. 2025-03, constructed by PAL General Engineering.\nb. Authorizing the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion.

L.1\n2026 Annual Citizen Commission Appointments.\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Appoint two (2) members to the Budget and Finance Commission nominated/appointed by individual Councilmembers (MacDonald, Becker) for\ntwo-year terms.\n2. Appoint four (4) members to the Climate & Resiliency Commission nominated/appointed by Council-at-large for the following positions:\na.\nThree (3) Resident appointments for a two-year term.\nb. One (1) Professional appointment for a member of the environmental and/or scientific community (resident or non-resident) for a two-year\nterm.\n3. Appoint three (3) members to the Parks and Recreation Commission nominated/appointed by Council-at-large for two-year terms.\n4.
