1. Resolution approving Substantial Amendment No. 3 to the FY 2022-2023 Annual Action\nPlan\nThe City Council will conduct a public hearing: (CD)\na. Adopting a Resolution approving Substantial Amendment No. 3 to the Fiscal Year 2022-2023\nAnnual Action Plan programming Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the\namount of $450,228 to the South Gate Park Fence Project (Attachment A); and\nb. Authorizing the City Manager or the Community Development Director to enter into an\nagreement with an eligible subrecipient and to purchase supplies, programs, and equipment as\nnoted in the FY 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan.

Resolution declaring a continued emergency and authorizing repair, replacement or\nmaintenance activities of public Facilities related to the Urban Orchard, City Project No.\n539-PRK without public bidding, pursuant to the Emergency Contracting Procedures of\nthe South Gate Municipal Code and the California Public Contract Code\nThe City Council will consider making a finding and adopting a Resolution declaring an\nemergency still exists and authorizing repair, replacement or maintenance activities of public\nfacilities related to the Urban Orchard, City Project No. 539-PRK, without public bidding, pursuant\nto the emergency contracting procedures of the South Gate Municipal Code and the California\nPublic Contract Code. 3. Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 2020-09-CC with W.A. Rasic Construction Company,\nInc., to fund emergency sanitary sewer repairs and transfer $100,000 in ARPA funds to the\nSewer System Relining Improvements, City Project No. 709-SWR\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 2020-09-CC with W.A. Rasic Construction\nCompany, Inc., to fund emergency sanitary sewer system repairs, for a not-to-exceed amount of\n$100,000 to pay for emergency repairs completed and repairs that may arise through January 31,\n2025.\nb. Approving the transferring $100,000 in ARPA Funds from the Sewer System Relining\nImprovements, City Project No. 709-SWR to Contract No. 2020-09-CC with W.A. Rasic, Inc. to\nfund emergency services; and\nc. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 4 in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.

4. Change Order for an additional $30,000 for Inter-Graphics Company for production\nservices for South Gate Connect\nThe City Council will consider: (PARKS)\na. Approving a Change Order in the amount of $30,000 to the original Purchase Order issued to\nInter-Graphics Company to print, fold, and mail the "South Gate Connect" brochure; and\nb. Authorizing the Director of Parks & Recreation to execute any additional documents needed to\nallow for the future issues of the "South Gate Connect" to be produced.
