Resolution initiating proceedings to Levy Assessments and ordering the\npreparation of an Engineer's Report for the Street Lighting and Landscape\nMaintenance District No. 1\nThe City Council will consider adopting a Resolution initiating the annual proceedings\nfor the levy of the Fiscal Year 2024/25 assessments and ordering the preparation of an\nEngineer's Report for the Street Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance District No. 1.\n(PW)

3. Resolution approving Application(s) to State of California Department of Parks\nand Recreation for Specified Grant Funds\nThe City Council will consider: (PARKS)\na. Adopting a Resolution approving project application(s) for Specified Grant funds from\nthe State of California Department of Parks and Recreation; and\nb. Delegating the authority to the Director of Parks & Recreation, or designee, to conduct\nall negotiations, sign and submit all documents including, but not limited to, applications,\nagreements, amendments, and payment requests which may be necessary for the\ncompletion of the grant scope(s).

Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-86-CC with Lee and RO Inc., for\nEngineering Design Services for the Concrete Sewer Pipelines Rehabilitation, City\nProject No. 709-SWR\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-86-CC with Lee and Ro, Inc., to\nrevise the scope of work for the Concrete Sewer Pipelines Rehabilitation, City Project\nNo. 709-SWR, at no additional cost; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-86-CC in a\nform acceptable to the City Attorney.

5. Agreement with All Cities Engineering, Inc., for the Construction of the Water\nMain Replacement, Phase I, City Project No. 689-WTR, determining the project is\ncategorically exempt under Title 14, and approving Notice of Exemption\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with All Cities Engineering, Inc., for the construction of the\nWater Main Replacement, Phase I, City Project No. 689-WTR, in an amount not-to-\nexceed $3,354,019;\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City\nAttorney;\nc. Adopting a finding determining the Water Main Replacement, Phase I, City Project No.\n689-WTR, as categorically exempt under Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations,\nSection 15302; and\nd. Approving the Notice of Exemption for the construction of the Project and directing the\nCity Clerk to file it with the Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder's Office.

6. License Agreement with Dish Wireless, LLC., for the installation of antennas and\nbase station on water tower at 2700 Ardmore Avenue\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving a License Agreement with Dish Wireless, LLC.("Dish"), for the installation\nof antennas and a base station on the water tower located at 2700 Ardmore Avenue, for\nan initial five-year term with four (4) successive automatic five-year extensions, under\nwhich annual revenue will be collected in the amount of $66,000 which will increase\nannually by the Consumer Price Index ("CPI") in the minimum sum of three percent (3%);\nand\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City\nAttorney.
