11. Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-134-AC with W.G. Zimmerman Engineering, Inc.\nfor staff augmentation service\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2023-134-AC with W.G. Zimmerman\nEngineering, Inc. to extend the term of the contract to September 12, 2024, to continue\nengineering staffing services until the vacant Engineering Technician position is filled, for a not to\nexceed amount of $167,000; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form acceptable to the City.

12. Notice of Completion for the Replacement of Damaged Traffic Signal Poles Project\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Accepting completion of construction of the Replacement of Damaged Traffic Signal Poles\nProject, City Project No. 655-TRF, effective October 23, 2023; and\nb. Directing the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with Los Angeles County Registrar\nRecorder's Office.

13. Change Order for additional funds for Fast Deer Bus Charter Inc (PO No. 0007864)\nThe City Council will consider: (PARKS)\na. Approving a Change Order in the amount of $39,000 to the original Purchase Order issued to\nFast Deer Bus Charter, Inc., in the amount of $50,000 (P.O. No. 0007864) to provide\ntransportation for Parks & Recreation trips for the remainder of the current fiscal year 2023/24;\nand\nb. Authorizing the Director of Parks & Recreation to execute any additional documents.

Approving Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 2316, Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU")\nwith the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority for the Firestone Boulevard\nSouthbound On Ramp Modification, Metro Project ID No. 6347, City Project No. 354-ST, de-\nobligating the Metro Proposition C Fund balance of $439,000 from the Project; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 5 in a form acceptable to the City\nAttorney.
