ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION TO ALLOW CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS TO BE\nHELD REMOTELY PURSUANT TO AB 361\nCity Council is requested to consider the safety and procedural issues involved in\nholding remote meetings pursuant to AB 361 and to adopt Resolution No. 23-\n5647 to authorize the Council and Commissions to meet virtually or via a hybrid of\nin-person and virtual attendance through February 2, 2023.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review use of teleconferencing or videoconferencing for Brown Act-covered\npublic meetings of the City Council and City commissions; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-5647 to authorize the use of such technology for\nmeetings until February 2, 2023.
