FIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH SANDRA MEDRANOQ TO PROVIDE HOUSING CONSULTANT\nSERVICES POR THE GIS HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS\nThe City Council is requested to approve the Fifth Amendment to the\nConsultant Services Agreement to provide housing consultant services for\na term of one additional year.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the Fifth Amendment to the consultant services\nagreement (Attachment “A”) with Sandra Medrano (Medrano) to\norovide housing consultant services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 and\nincrease the total compensation by $42,161, for a total of $249,939; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the Fifth\nAmendment with Medrano for FY 2025-26.

APPROVAL OF CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH FAMILY\nPROMISE OF SAN GABRIEL VALLEY TO ADMINISTER THE CITY’S\nPERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION PROGRAMS TO ASSIST\nFAMILIES EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2025-26\nThe City Council is requested to approve consultant services agreements\nto administer the City’s Permanent Local Housing Allocation Programs to\nassist families experiencing or at risk of homelessness for Fiscal Year 202526.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with Family Promise of San\nGabriel Valley “Family Promise”) to administer for case management of\na program assisting Temple City families and individuals in Temple City\nwith case management services for Fiscal Year (CFY) 2025-26\n(Attachment “A”):\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the previously mentioned\nConsultant Services Agreement in an amount not to exceed $74,000:\n3. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with Family Promise to\nadminister a program assisting Temple City families and individuals in\nTemple City with rental assistance and move-in rental and move-in\nassistance for FY 2025-26 (Attachment “B”); and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the previously mentioned\nConsultant Services Agreement in an amount not to exceed $180,620.

ADOPTION OF RESOULTION NO. 25-5820 APPROVING THE UPDATED\nSEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN\nThe City Council is requested to approve the updated Sewer System\nManagement Plan to bring the city into compliance with State requirements\n(SGWD) and provide a comprehensive program for sewer system\nmanagement, operation, and maintenance with the goal of preventing spills.\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution No.25-5820 to approve the City’s updated Sewer\nSystem Management Plan (SSMP) as part of the State-required SSMP\nupdate process: and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the uodated SSMP to the State\nWater Resources Control Board (SWRCB).

JAMBAZIAN\nFOR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AND TEMPLECITYPHOTOS.COM\nWEBSITE MAINTENANCE\nThe City Council is requested to approve a one-year service agreement for\nohotography services.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a one-year Service Agreement with Gerald A. Jambazian\n(Attachment “A”) for a total amount of $15,000.00 from July 5, 2025,\nthrough July 5, 2026 for photography services and TempleCityPhotos.com\nwebsite maintenance; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Service Agreement.
