D. APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH PACKET FUSION, INC. FOR PHONE SYSTEM AND SUPPORT SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve an agreement for the upgrade, implementation, licensing, and support of the City’s phone system. Recommendation: 1. Approve a six-year agreement with Packet Fusion, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $88,770.95, for the upgrade, implementation, licensing, and support of the City’s phone system; and 2. A. ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS FOR POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS AND VICIOUS DOGS The City Council is requested to consider adopting an ordinance amending the City’s municipal code relating to dangerous dog regulations, enforcement procedures, and administrative citation authority. Presenter: Community Development Director Recommendation: 1. Conduct the public hearing, hold the second reading by title only, waive further reading; and 2. Adopt Ordinance No. 26-1089 amending Chapter 6 of Title 3 of the Temple City Municipal Code to revise the City’s adoption by reference of Title 10 of the Los Angeles County Code relating to animal control, including Chapter 10.37, “Potentially Dangerous and Vicious Dogs,” and to clarify animal control enforcement and administrative citation authority.
