Expenditure: Approximately $11,235,167\n(General Fund and Non-General Fund: Approximately $4,815,072 Annually).\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council:\n1) Approve a first amendment to the contract services agreement with Allied Waste\nServices of North America, LLC of Sun Valley, CA (C2020-063) in the amount of\n$11,235,167, for a new not-to-exceed total of $17,735,167, to provide transfer station\ndisposal services effective June 1, 2023; and\n2) Appropriate $1,365,000 from the Sanitation Fund's fund balance to the fiscal year\n2023-24 operating budget.
