Discuss and consider amending the Torrance Municipal Airport (Airport) Ordinance to regulate touch\n(and stop) and go, full stop-taxi back, and low approaches at the Airport; and\n2. Adopt an ORDINANCE amending Torrance Municipal Code (TMC) Article 5 “Touch (and Stop) and\nGo, Full Stop-Taxi Back and Low Approaches” of Chapter 1, Division 5; and\n3.
