The joint project is part of the County of Orange Public Work’s Annual Major Maintenance Project titled Northwest Tustin (South of 17th Street) with Newport Avenue, JOC 2022-23, and is consistent with the County’s Job Order Contract (JOC) Master Agreement for Pavement Maintenance. Orange County Public Works has taken the lead for the project and the joint work was aligned and coordinated with the annual maintenance plans for both jurisdictions. Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-09 accepting the construction of the Joint Project with the County of Orange and City of Tustin street maintenance within shared boundary areas (Northwest Tustin - Newport Ave, Warren Ave, and 17th/Prospect), CIP NO. 70022; and 2.
