Operating Account Warrant Register\nRecommendation:\nApprove Operating Account Warrant Register No. 104, for the period of February 5 through\nFebruary 18, 2023, totaling $13,645,135.71 and consisting of ratification of electronic\npayments totaling $12,724,908.92 and ratification of the issuance of early checks totaling\n$920,226.79.

Donation of Surplus Vernon Public Utilities Equipment to City of Roseville – Electric\nUtility\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Administrator to execute the Deed of Gift and Donation\nAgreement and Release with the City of Roseville – Electric Utility, in substantially the same\nform as submitted, for the donation of 16 ABB ACS-600 Motor Drive Modules.

7. Professional Services Agreement with Fleming Environmental, Inc. for Underground\nStorage Tank Removal\nRecommendation:\nA. Find that the proposed action is categorically exempt under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) review, in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, because\nthe project consists of the removal of existing structures and equipment and involves no\nexpansion of an existing use; and\nB. Approve and authorize the City Administrator to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Fleming Environmental, Inc., in substantially the same form as submitted,\nfor underground storage tank removal for a total amount not-to-exceed $135,600, for a forty-\nfive (45) calendar day term.
