(“Robert Half”), increasing the total compensation by\n$190,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $408,000.00, to continue providing\ntemporary staffing, direct-hire, and other professional services.\n(​2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents related to this\ntransaction.​

Advanced Metering Infrastructure Gateway Data Collectors Procurement\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council/Board of Directors:\n(1) Find that Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is the sole distributor for Neptune\nTechnology Group’s products, the forementioned products are proprietary in nature,\nand a sole source is approved in accordance with VMC 2.28.100(b)(2); and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to approve and execute the procurement of\nAdvanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Neptune R900 System data collector\nequipment with Ferguson Enterprises LLC, in the amount of $594,384.00.
