Southern California Edison Easement on Mojave Drive and Amethyst Road\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Grant an exclusive utility easement to Southern California Edison on Assessor\nParcel Numbers (APN) 0455-882-13, 0455-931-83, 0455-931-84, and 0455-941-76\nas described in the attached documents; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the easement on the City's behalf.

Authorization of an additional five percent contingency for the New Library\nRenovation and Expansion, Project JM24-051\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve an increase in the project contingency for the New Library Renovation\nand Expansion, Project #JM24-051, from 10 percent to 15 percent, representing an\nadditional $431,050.00; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute change orders for the\nproject in a cumulative amount not to exceed $1,293,150.00, reflecting the 15\npercent contingency.
