Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center Migration Project\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to sign a\nfour-year Professional Services Agreement between the City of Victorville and\nLogicalis, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $599,851.36 for the implementation of a\ncitywide migration of the City’s Voice and Contact Center systems to Cisco’s\nWebex Calling and Contact Center cloud applications.

Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Provider Agreement Between the\nCity of Victorville and Symba Center for Wellness Center Wraparound, Shelter\nOperator, and ERF-3 Services, Project No. JM23-065-1\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Provider Agreement\nwith Symba Center;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager, upon consultation with the City Attorney, to make\nnon-substantive and/or clarifying changes to said Amendment, as needed; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager to execute said Amendment and any supplemental\namendments to the Agreement that:\n(a) Do not result in an increase in compensation to the Consultant in excess\nof the amount set forth in VMC Section 2.28.060(e)(3)(B); and\n(b) Are similar in nature and scope to those contained in the attached\nAmendment to preserve service continuity.

California State Library Grant Fund Acceptance for Zip Book Project\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-074 and No. 25-075,\nthereby:\n(1) Accepting grant funds from the California State Library, providing the City with\n$10,317 to aid in the expansion of the Zip Books Project;\n(2) Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee to finalize all documents needed\nto execute the grant contract; and\n(3) Amending the annual budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 to reflect an additional\nappropriation in the amount of $10,317.

Building 701 Demolition, Standard Construction Agreement Amendment One,\nProject #CC25-134\nRecommendation:\nThat the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority Board of Directors approve\nAmendment One to the Standard Construction Agreement with Vertex Civil, LLC.,\nfor Building 701 Demolition, Project #CC25-134, increasing the total not to exceed\ncompensation amount by $207,850, from $355,360 to $563,210, and increasing the\ntotal number of days to complete the project by thirty (30) days.

Approval and Adoption of Revised Publicly Available Pay Schedules to Comply with\nCalPERS Regulations\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the Honorable City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-073,\napproving and adopting an updated Comprehensive Master Salary Schedule from\nFiscal Year 2021-2022 through Mid-Year 2024-2025, incorporating all revisions and\namendments in accordance with Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations\nSection 570.5 and the California Public Employees' Retirement System.
