11. 2026 Section 125 Cafeteria Plan and Retiree Health Premium Reimbursement\nPlan\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-001, approving the establishment of a Retiree Health\nPremium Reimbursement Plan;\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. 25-002, approving the Amendment and Restatement of\nthe City of Victorville Section 125 Cafeteria Plan; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the plans and related\ndocuments, and to make any designations, minor modifications or non-substantive\nchanges deemed necessary for plan administration.
