13. NV5, Inc. – Engineering Contract Amendment.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve the Fifth Amendment to\nthe NV5, Inc. contract for Engineering Services. Under the terms of the\namendment, the contract hourly rates will increase effective May 1, 2023 and\nremain flat at that rate until the contract expires on June 30, 2024. Billings to the\nCity will no longer include a flat charge, but rather actual hours worked. The scope\nof work of the City Engineer and Assistant City Engineer will remain consistent with\nthe existing contract agreement.
