Approval of Five-Year Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with the\nOrange County Sheriff-Coroner.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve the proposed five-year\nagreement with the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner covering FY 2023-24 through\nFY 2027-28 and first-year service levels for FY 2023-24, and authorize the Mayor\nto execute the agreement. Further direct City staff to return to the City Council\nupon completion of Salary Negotiations.
