Resolution No. 2023- , approving an Engineer’s\nReport and determining the cost of services and the\namount of assessment to be imposed on all\nassessable property within the City of Vista Street\nMaintenance District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2023/24\npursuant to the Benefit Assessment Act of 1982 and\nsetting the date for public hearing;\n3.
