Resolution No. 2023- , approving an Engineer’s\nReport on the City of Vista Landscape and Lighting\nDistrict No. 1 assessments for the 2023/24 Fiscal\nYear, declaring its intent to levy and collect\nassessments, and setting the date for public hearing;\n2. Resolution No. 2023- , approving an Engineer’s\nReport and determining the cost of services and the\namount of assessment to be imposed on all\nassessable property within the City of Vista Street\nMaintenance District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2023/24\npursuant to the Benefit Assessment Act of 1982 and\nsetting the date for public hearing;\n3. Resolution No. 2023- , approving an Engineer’s\nReport on the City of Vista South Melrose Landscape\nMaintenance District assessments for the 2023/24\nFiscal Year, declaring its intent to levy and collect\nassessments and setting the date for public hearing;\nand\n4.
