2. Resolution No. 23-06 - A Resolution of the City of Walnut Allowing Certain\nClaims and Demands in the Amount of $1,572,670.70 Demand No. 165798\nthrough No. 165886, Both Inclusive\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-06.

3. 2022-23 Mid-Year for Additional Appropriations\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Appropriate $72,300 from the General Fund Reserves to Insurance\nexpenditure account 01-4201-6223; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-07, Amending and Restating the Fiscal Year 22-23\nExecutive, Management, Classified, and Part Time Schedule of Authorized\nPositions and Salary Schedules (Attachment 1).

4. Travel Authorization – 2023 ICSC RECon Conference\nRecommendation: That the City Council approve the travel request for City\nRepresentatives to attend the annual RECon 2023 event, hosted by the\nInternational Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), in Las Vegas, Nevada.\nCOUNCIL DISCUSSION/TRANSACTION ITEMS:
