7. Approval to Purchase Reflective Street Signs from Safeway Sign Company\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Approve the Agreement for Vendor Services with Safeway Sign Company, in\nthe amount of $69,373.73 for the replacement of City-wide reflective street\nsigns;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney;\n3. Authorize staff to issue a Purchase Order to Safeway Sign Company in the\namount of $69,373.73;\n4. Authorize staff to issue change orders not to exceed 10% of the contract\naward amount ($69,373.73) to Safeway Sign Company; and\n5. Authorize Los Angeles County Department of Public Works to install street\nsigns City-wide.
